Instructions for Examination Form Filling


  1. While paying the fee online, confirm the fee amount and different heads carefully.
  2. The details of payment along with fee payment receipt will be sent to the email ID provided at the time of payment.
  3. The receipt is system generated, so there is no requirement of authorized seal and signature on it.
  4. In case of transaction failure, if the amount is deducted from your account, the institute will not be liable for refund/adjustment of that amount. The debited amount in such failed transaction is refunded back usually within 10 days. If the amount is not refunded within 10 days, then it is advised to contact concern bank for the refund.
  5. In case of duplicate payment, the end user can approach the accounts department for a refund/adjustment by providing the proof of the transaction/ your bank statement.
  6. If you are paying fee through Net Banking/ Credit Card/ Debit Card and the amount is deducted from your account and fee is not updated in your account, please wait for 24 hours before doing any further transaction and wait for reply of the mail or you may contact to Accounts section of MLV Textile & Engineering College, Bhilwara.
  7. By submitting a payment through the online payments site you are agreeing to these terms and conditions including the changes if any, updated from time to time through our website.
